Adapt Osteopathy takes a holistic approach to treatment and we look at the whole body rather than focusing on just the pain. Osteopathic treatment will vary from person to person, as each injury and problem is unique.

When the function of a joint is affected, the surrounding structures will also be affected and your posture will adapt to compensate. Osteopaths focus on how your skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves, circulatory system, connective tissue and internal organs function as a whole body unit.

I am also a fully qualified personal trainer and firmly believe treatment to be a two way relationship. With many of my patients I will provide postural advice, exercises and stretches to aid with their recovery and help to maintain active healthy lifestyles.

Being a  member of the General Osteopathic Council I am required to complete numerous hours of professional development which is important to ensure I am always at the forefront of the medical world and am adapting to new ways of treatment.
